Australian Labradoodle Health Warranty and Purchase Agreement


This contract is between Arizona Labradoodles (Hereafter "Seller") and

___________________________________________ (Hereafter “Buyer”) and is entered on this date: ____________________.

Seller's Responsibility:

1. The Seller certifies that the puppy is in good health, is up-to-date on immunizations appropriate for the puppy’s age and has been dewormed, at the time the Buyer takes possession. The Buyer has three business days to take the puppy to a veterinarian for an examination. Otherwise the Health Warranty is void. If the puppy is found to be in poor health the Buyer has the option of returning the puppy to the Seller, at Buyer’s cost for a full refund or keeping the puppy and the Seller will reimburse all veterinary costs, up to the purchase price, related to treatment of any pre-existing condition. All veterinary records must be supplied to the Seller.

2. The Seller provides a warranty for two years after the date of sale against PRA (eyes) and Hip Dysplasia. If these genetic disorders are discovered, the Seller will offer a replacement puppy from the next available litter or refund the original purchase price (Seller’s choice). Shipping fees will not be refunded and if it becomes necessary to ship a replacement puppy, those fees are to be paid by the Buyer. Your puppy does not need to be returned to us. In the case of Hip Dysplasia, the Buyer must provide documentation from PennHIP or OFA. In the case of PRA the Buyer must provide documentation from a veterinary ophthalmologist. All veterinary records must be supplied to the Seller.

3. This warranty does not include viral illnesses, infections, improper bites, hernias, hypoglycemia, Guardia or Coccidosis. It also does not include any illness due to the ingestion of foreign objects, food, chemicals or physical injury.

4. The Seller reserves the right, at the Seller’s expense, to have the dog checked by a veterinarian of the Seller’s choice before offering a replacement puppy, reimbursement or refund.

5. If the puppy should die from a suspected congenital defect within the 24 months of its date of purchase, an autopsy must be performed at the purchaser’s expense by a veterinary teaching hospital or state licenses DVM acceptable to the Seller’s own veterinarian. If the autopsy shows a congenital defect as the reason or the death, the Seller will provide a replacement puppy from the next available litter or refund the original purchase price (Seller’s choice). A written statement from the veterinarian must be provided. This warranty is void in the event of an indeterminable or inconclusive diagnosis.

6. Seller agrees to provide a pedigree and number of the microchip that has been implanted in the puppy, if applicable.

7. No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made under its contract except as stated.

8. This warranty is non-transferable.


Buyer's Responsibility:

1. The Buyer agrees to pay the Seller a total sum of $2,500. This fee does not include shipping, if shipping is required.

3. The Buyer agrees to feed their Labradoodle only premium quality food.

4. The Buyer agrees to keep their Labradoodle at a healthy weight.

5. The Buyer agrees to provide all required vaccinations (including rabies shots) from the time of purchase as recommended by the Buyer’s veterinarian and annually thereafter unless otherwise recommended by Buyer’s veterinarian.

6. The Buyer agrees to follow veterinary recommendations for preventative care.

7. The Buyer agrees to postpone strenuous, repetitive exercise or stair climbing until after their Labradoodle is over one year of age.

8. The Buyer agrees to contact the Seller immediately if the Buyer determines they are unable to keep their Labradoodle for any reason. Seller will gladly take back any dogs if at ANYTIME they need a new home or will assist with rehoming.

9. The Buyer agrees to a $25.00 per day charge for proper food and care if said puppy needs to stay later than the pick up or delivery date at 8 weeks of age.
