How do you reserve a puppy?

The first step to taking home your labradoodle is to submit an online application along with a $350 deposit. Puppies are held on a first come first serve basis, such as... first deposit gets first pick of the litter, second deposit gets second pick and so on. Upon receipt of both application and deposit you'll be sent a Health Warranty and Purchase Agreement to fill out and sign. This must be returned within two weeks to maintain your position on the reservation list. All deposits are non-refundable but can always be moved to another litter of your choice.

A litter announcement will be sent once puppies are born and then for the next 8 weeks, updates can be found on our website. Puppy selection is scheduled when the puppies reach 5-6 weeks of age. You will have 3 days to finalize your decision after we contact you so plan on being available. Otherwise your deposit will be forfeited and the puppy will be made available to the next family on our waiting list. During this time, we require the puppy balance to be paid in full. Puppies not held by a deposit will be sold on a first come basis. We reserve the right to hold back puppies for our breeding program.

Acceptable payment methods are cash, cashiers checks and money orders made out to Phu Dao. For your safety and convienence, we also accept PayPal transfers. PayPal is a safe and effective way of sending money. Please, NO PERSONAL CHECKS.

Shipping

Our very first choice would be to place the puppy directly into your loving arms! We are located in Phoenix, AZ making us convenient to California, Nevada and New Mexico. For a small fee, arrangements can also be made for deliveries within a reasonable distance.

If air transportation is our only choice, it is always an option for you to fly in to pick up your puppy at Sky Harbor airport in Phoenix. Many airlines will allow you to fly back with the puppy inside the cabin. This is sometimes a cheaper option than shipping! For a fee of $100, we will meet you at the airport with your puppy in a crate approved for in-cabin flight.

Although it’s our last choice, we can ship the dog at the buyer’s expense for $350. That includes a brand new crate (helps with crate training in puppy stage), transportation to the airport, airline ticket and a health certificate. We ship flights to Major airports.
